All Sales Are Final Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at bolivon.studios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- Description of the issue
We'll review your case and provide a replacement or refund for verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Wrong Item Shipped If we sent you the wrong item, contact us immediately at bolivon.studios@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Processing Time Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location.
